I once per day and that meal a day gets my full attention. I savor each bite, appreciating the flavors and the fact that no one is asking me to share (yet).

I once attempted mindful eating with a simple salad. Mid-bite, my son smeared mashed carrots on my skirt. I laughed instead of crying, appreciating the chaotic beauty of that moment.

Daily outdoor time – whether it’s a walk in the park or simply sitting in the garden with my little one. Nature has a way of setting everything right.
