The Sensual Institute holds the space for live, three-semester journeys designed to help you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your living myth.
Each semester lasts about 3 months.
The full journey unfolds over 1,5 years in total.
Every week, during the semester, we gather for a live 3-hour class, with breaks woven in to support your nervous system and attention.
Each class includes:
✨ A grounded teaching transmission you can apply to your real life
✨ A somatic-symbolic exercise, practiced in intimate breakout groups (no more than 10 people)
✨ A closing sharing circle for integration, reflection, and connection
This is not passive learning.
This is embodied, relational, mythic practice.
While you’ll be part of a larger cohort, you’ll move through the journey with your own small team of up to 10 people.
These small circles create intimacy, trust, and emotional grounding over the full arc of the program.
Each team is supported by a trained community manager, someone who holds space with skill, care, and enthusiasm.
You can reach out across the broader community if you want to but staying close to your small group is also perfect and honored.
You’ll also have access to a private, off-social media platform for connection, resources, and community support.
Practice Labs and Extra Support
In addition to the live weekly classes, you’ll have access to:
✨ Optional weekly practice labs to revisit and deepen exercises
✨ Optional sharing circles for additional reflection and connection
✨ Ongoing community access for questions, celebrations, and co-regulation
You can choose how much you engage outside of class.
There is no pressure, only invitations.
Because this is a deep, layered journey,
and because community safety and trust matter,enrollment is for the full three-semester program.
This allows every participant to move through the full arc of the Sensual Hero’s Journey together,
creating continuity, belonging, and a deeper field of transformation.

There is a short withdrawal window at the very beginning of the program.
If, after the first few weeks, you realize this isn’t the right time or container for you, we’ll work with you to step out respectfully.
You will never be punished or shamed for honoring your truth.
You don’t have to be fearless.
You don’t have to know exactly how it will unfold.
You just have to feel the call, the ache for something more real, more embodied, more yours.
