How we will work, with what and when :) Overview
Mission:
Choose your focus, B2B or B2C then choose one board on asana that you feel is both challenging ( in a good way) and inspiring.
What am I going to do?
What is on this board will be your responsibility. You might choose to share some tasks or swap tasks among yourselves in the group, this is totally fine: the important this is that there is weekly progress.
How to know what to do when?
if you look at the board called “founder institute etc” https://app.asana.com/0/1207097954101071/1207099071517412 you will see a weekly list of deliverables.Pls run the tasks in your chosen board against those dates to know where to start and what to focus on every week.
We meet, irl for those who can or digital, on Tuesdays at 11 and Fridays at 13. To debrief, brainstorm and refocus.
But I would love for you to additionally meet within your chosen group once per week as well. And the team leader of each group makes sure this meeting happens.
This to brainstorm the week’s tasks as there is an overlap between the boards as well as what’s on the founder institute boards deliverables.
so I will prepare a meeting agenda for each general bi-weekly meeting in advance.
This Friday’s meeting will be about the deliverables of week 1, see pic below ( this is the first column in the founder institute board)
